Nice ‘N’ Sleazy’s play host to a DJ set from alternative hip hop artist Edan this Thursday and we’ve got a pair of tickets to give away for the show.
Edan is known for his unlikely take on hip-hop culture, where traditional rap songs are often skewed by 60’s rock samples, tape echoes and foreign language choruses. His most recent release, an audio-visual mega-mix entitled ‘Echo Party Movie’, is an ambitious pastiche of dusted dance, rapp, and punk that utilizes everything from turntables to tape echo, glockenspiel to guitar, and moog to kazoo.
Edan plays a DJ set at Nice ‘N’ Sleazy on Thursday 11 April. Tickets are £5 and can be purchased from the Sleazy’s site.
